Questions, answered
- Does ChoreCircle handle payments?
- No. You agree on a rate with your helper and pay them directly — cash, bank transfer, mobile pay, whatever you both like. We stay out of it on purpose.
- How do you make money then?
- Light, unobtrusive banner ads — mostly inside the mobile app. Just enough to cover map APIs and hosting.
- Is there an iOS app?
- The native app is on Android first. iOS users can use this website in the meantime to sign up, browse nearby chores, and get notified when the iOS app is ready.
- What kind of chores belong here?
- Light, neighborly stuff that doesn't need a licensed pro — mowing, errands, moving help, dog walks, light assembly. Use a real professional for plumbing, electrics, etc.
